Who’s a happy bunny?

Now, please try not to be too god damn jealous of my adorable (and extremely tasty) breakfast.
There’s a reason I am such a happy bunny on this lovely sunny Sunday morning and that’s because I’m eating some particularly special crumpets.
Personally I think crumpets can be eaten at any time of the day with any topping and they will always taste delicious. I absolutely love crumpets (if you haven’t already noticed) and don’t trust people who don’t… I mean, what’s not to love? I take mine with Marmite, jam, peanut butter, honey, Nutella, ham and cheese, poached egg and even homemade guacamole. There’s not a single way that I don’t like the delightful little things.
My topping of choice today is an amazing coconut spread that my friend came across a few weeks back. If you love coconut then you simply must try this spread out and I ensure you will love it just as much as I did the first time I tried it. It has the same sort of consistency as Nutella but I actually think it tastes a whole lot better… Yes, that was a very bold statement to make.

So, if you feel you need any of the items listed above or you started salivating just looking at the pictures then head to Asda ASAP and grab a pack of the bunny crumpets (or two or three packs). The coconut spread is from Lidl, who also do a hazelnut if that’s more your bag.

Ps. This is definitely NOT a Paleo breakfast.
